Jale Snejana Vural was born into a family belonging to the Gagauz Turks — a Turkic minority living in southern Moldova. The deep economic crisis of the late 1990s and early 2000s, widespread corruption, and shrinking job opportunities for the Gagauz community led her — like many young people — to look abroad for a future.
She arrived in Türkiye in 2002 — a country whose language and traditions she shared, where she could feel "at home". Her legal training, her Gagauz mother tongue close to Turkish, and her fluent Russian gave her a unique advantage here: the ability to communicate directly with foreigners from many different backgrounds.
Her first year in Türkiye was her own experience as a foreigner — and that experience shaped the foundation of how she serves her clients today.
